Designed for the Pharmaceutical, Biopharm and chemical industries and in particular the clean room areas. 

The Kent clean room gully cover forms an airtight seal, eliminating the use of open drains and therefore protecting the clean room enviorment. 

A pneumatic cylinder opens the clean room cover in the event of the sprinkler system being activated, or if vessels empty or any other discharge. 

It can also be opened when floor drainage is required on an occasional or intermittent basis when the clean room gets cleaned or disinfected. 

This is normally operated by sensor control or manual control.
