The Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital is one of the largest providers of women and infant's healthcare in Europe. Last year, over 8,500 babies were born here. The hospital also provides the largest gynaecological service in the Republic of Ireland. Uniquely, medical students from the three Dublin Medical Schools attend this hospital as part of their undergraduate programme.

In 2009/10 Kent Stainless won the tender to supply and fit out a variety of Bespoke SS Dirty Utility Room Furniture for the Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital. Under stiff competition from recent suppliers Kent Stainless were awarded the contract on the basis of professionalism for there on hands approach to meet the customers’ needs. This fit out was specially commissioned by the Hospital itself after advice from Architect‘s RKD who specialise in the Healthcare sector. Designed and manufactured to the highest standards and under the HTM 64 Guidelines we worked hand in hand with the client to meet their specific requirement.

The Fit outs were all installed by our Site Engineers in time for the official revamp of the existing Wards
