Kent Stainless was chosen for this project due to the technical expertise and experience of the company in delivering similar scale projects. Kent Stainless ability to offer a quick turnaround of bespoke products was also a vital component of the contract. The contractor received channel after two weeks that allowed the groundworks programme to continue undisturbed.
The triple seal (by addition of a gortex seal) access covers were specifically developed for for trench covers over chlorine store in a swimming pool. Kent Stainless were the only supplier who could supply the required specification.
Outline of the Project Requirements:
- Design and manufacture of triple seal access covers
- Lockdown perforated grating throughout for barefoot traffic
- Grade 316 stainless steel due to chlorine
- Bespoke sections in supplied various L shapes, X shapes, and C shapes with welded in corner details for easy installation.
