Bluewater’s Island is a development project that is located off the coast of Dubai Marina area. Bluewaters is split into different areas across residential, retail, leisure and entertainment, hotels and beach clubs. The Ain Dubai or ‘Dubai Eye’ is the main centrepiece and is expected to attract thousands of visitors every year.Kent Stainless supplied WTB middle east with a total of 45 In ground power units (IGUs) for this project. The units concealed IP67 rated 63amp three phase sockets with RJ45 datapoints in a variation of the Type 3 unit, IP67 rated 32amp three phase sockets in a Type 2 unit and our Type 1 potable water unit which has a concealed bib tap beneath the lid. All units were manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel which was required due to the location of the project.
