Polymer Preparation Systems

The Solids Technology range of polymer systems is made completely from high-quality stainless steel. They are available in a batch system, automatic and semi-automatic systems to suit the needs of every customer.

Batch systems comprise a single tank and are most suitable for small plants. Semi-automatic systems comprise a single tank with a 40 minute makeup time for each cycle and are best suited for small to medium plants. Fully automatic systems comprise a mix tank and a stock tank and are capable of continuous 24-hour production. The units are suitable for easy change over from one polymer to another.

These Polymer Preparations Systems or Units are used both in Municipal and Factory sites for the dewatering of solid municipal and industrial wastewater.
