KSBC200 KVCRP Pop Up Drain – Channel Trench Drain

The KSBC200/ KVCRP400/4” is an amalgamation of a trench drain or channel with a sealed pneumatic Pop Up Drain Solution as it’s outlet.  This is a narrower variation of our KSBC450 (450mm wide trench channel)  and was developed to take some cost out of a project when these are often used at doorways in the factory.

The Commercial Drainage System comes with a sealed outlet that is designed to pop up and pop down, sealing and unsealing either on demand for a control panel or automatically triggered by a sensor in the Building Management System.

There are 3 options for the pneumatic valve choice:

3 options:

• Single Acting Sprung Out Cylinder (evacuates firewater or contaminated discharge in an emergency)
• Single Acting Sprung In Cylinder (contains – prevents evacuation of a certain stream of waste discharge in an emergency)
• Double Acting Cylinder (opens and closes on demand to control evacuation of firewater, toxic waste discharge or process waste flow)
