Neat Edge Channel – KNEC150 (INT)

The KNEC150 Neat Edge Channel has all the characteristics of our best selling KSBC150 range but the doubled back neat edge is stronger and used where loadings up to D400 are required – but the cost increase to get to this loading is minimal compared to adding box section support or solid bar support.

It is extensively used in Food, Dairy, Beverage and Pharmaceutical factories and is customisable – In grade 304 stainless as standard, often used in grade 316 and size can be customised to suit any projects.

For swimming pool or leisure center projects some architects also choose this channel for aesthetic reasons as there is less steel visible at the edge

Watertight connections are made with either flange & gasket joints, or preparation for site welding.  A trapped gully outlet is provided as standard.

A version of this channel is also used on urban streetscape projects – but with a different throat/collar connection detail and normally untrapped – model KNEC125(EXT).  This is presented as a different product on our website
