Pharmaceutical Sealed Box Channel Trench Drain – KSBC350S

The KSBC350 Pharmaceutical Sealed Box Channel Trench Drain is a strong, hygienically designed trench channel drain with a high flow rate applications and heavy duty traffic loading. It is used for Connection of Equipment Discharge Outlets and can be supplied with 6″, 8″ and 10″ outlets.  The inlet connections range from 3/4″ to 3″ typically and are often made from ASME BPE Pipe.  In most cases these will have tri-clamp ferrules.

The smooth satin finish top plate is more common than the chequer plate top.  Additionally there can be a smaller  separate removable cover above the outlet for access to the outlet or debris basket

It is extensively used in Pharmaceutical factories and is customisable in a huge variety of features – In grade 304 stainless as standard, often used in grade 316 in Pharmaceutical projects and size can be customised to suit any projects.

Watertight connections are made with either flange & gasket joints, or preparation for site welding.

The Flow Rates shown below are examples for typical applications, however we can achieve much higher flow rates in customized variations of this channel.
