Goods Inwards Stores
All incoming raw material — stainless steel sheet, plate, bar, tube and box section — is received, checked against the purchase order and logged into stock here before release to the yards and cutting cells.

Steel Stock Yard
Steel stock is racked in the open yard ahead of release to the cutting and fabrication cells, with sheet and plate stored under wrap to protect the surface finish until it's needed.

Tube Laser
The tube laser cuts profiles, holes and joints directly into round and box section tube and bar, removing a separate marking and machining step for tubular fabrications.

Fiber Laser Cell
The fiber laser cell cuts stainless sheet and plate with high precision and speed, producing flat-pattern components that feed directly into the brake press and fabrication bays.

Brake Press
Flat-pattern parts cut upstream are folded and formed to shape on the brake press, producing the angles and profiles needed before welding.

Fab 1
One of three fabrication halls, where cut and formed components are welded into finished assemblies — from drainage channels and surface protection products to bespoke structural fabrications.

Fab 2
A second fabrication hall, providing additional welding and assembly capacity alongside Fab 1 and Fab 3.

Fab 3
A third fabrication hall, used for welding and assembly of larger or overflow fabrication work, with overhead cranes for moving heavy components and loading finished assemblies for despatch.

Bead Blast
Welded fabrications are bead blasted to prepare the surface — removing weld scale and creating a consistent, even finish ahead of further treatment.

Acid Dipping Plant
Fabrications are pickled and passivated in the acid dipping plant, restoring the chromium oxide layer on the stainless steel surface and maximising corrosion resistance.

Finishing Cell
Final surface finishing — polishing and grinding welds and surfaces to the specified finish — takes place here before products move on to wrapping.

Wrapping & Dispatch
