Tanker Offloading System

This consists of 2 Top Loading Arms for the transfer of the OEB Waste from the Potent Waste Tank into a Road Tanker. A Breakaway Coupling reduces risk of spillage and hazardous gases. The Lifting Arms are hydraulically controlled for ergonomics. The dry break coupling loading arm enabled us to create a closed system allowing safe transfer of OEB5 Material into the tanker while the second arm was for venting the hazardous gasses back to the storage tank. The loading arm was incorporated into the offloading system and included a platform and stairs manufactured by Kent Stainless and included a Volume Totaliser Monitoring Panel. Safety Features such as Level Switches, Breakaway Couplings and Ergonomic Design were also included
