Aldi is a German family owned discount supermarket chain with over 10,000 stores across 20 countries. Kent stainless has supplied multiple bespoke products to several Aldi supermarkets across Ireland. Recently to a project in Wexford Kent stainless supplied bollards, cycle racks and Dundrum shelters. All cycle stands and bollards are manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel with a satin finish 320 grit polished. The Dundrum shelter supplied was 14m long by 4m wide and 2.73m high, manufactured from galvanised mild steel and powdercoated grey. The shelter is commonly used as a cycle shelter however on this occasion it has been used as a trolley shelter.
