DESCRIPTION
The Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium formally known as the Al Sadd stadium is a multipurpose stadium in Doha, Qatar. The stadium is home to both Al Sadd SC and the Qatar national football team.
In 2012 Qatar Olympic Community underwent a project to renovate the stadium. In 2013 the architect involved in renovations approached Kent Stainless inquiring about the manufacture and supply of Kent Sheffield Cycle Stands for the court yard on the exterior of the stadium. The Sheffield Cycle Stands were manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel which was necessary due to Qatar’s harsh climate and were installed beneath a canopy.
Kent Stainless were delighted to be involved in this project and were delighted to announce that all products arrived on time and undamaged to site.
