We have sets of as built drawings available from Prisons, Courthouses, Council Headquarters and other Government Buildings. Often these projects can be in old listed buildings with specific requirements for shallow depth custom designs or extra security features built in.
We start with drainage – often secure fixing tamper proof drains. The regular commercial drains follow for staff changing areas along with changing room fitout products. These are prestigious projects and often require top class landscaping to the exterior where we provide street furniture and hostile vehicle mitigation products as well as flagpoles, wayfinding signs etc. – all from one source and all available for your project on BIM.
