In this sector our focus is on large city centre residential apartment blocks with balconies, flat roofs or roof gardens. These schemes will always have a hard landscape package to complete the project and we serve both the building contractor and the hard landscaper.
We start with the drainage – typically in 3 areas on the roof, on the balconies and at the door thresholds. The hard landscape package usually enhance the projects with planters, seating, slot drainage and LED Handrail to the entrance steps
