Change Corten is dark grey when it arrives in our factory – then blasted and weathered either naturally or chemically to give a patina then brightens then darkens over time.

Kent’s Pre-Weathered Corten is oxidised in a factory controlled environment, blasted after fabrication, 1 coat oxidising acid applied, then once the correct patina is achieved the surface is rubbed down to give an even appearance.
Where? In areas where a maintenance free product is required – often planters or planter edging and sculptures.
Specify? “Kent Pre-Weathered Corten”.
